About Community Consultation
We have been working with JCCs for a long time to build strong, successful institutions. Between them, our community consultants have decades of experience as JCC executives, and they travel thousands of miles each year to bring their expertise to JCCs across the U.S. and Canada. We facilitate excellence in JCC leadership and management by developing assessment tools, creating training opportunities, identifying indicators of success or failure, and devising opportunities of sharing and learning among lay and professional leadership. Through the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership & Management, we have expanded our consultation services in business management, financial resource development, and marketing, to match those in health and wellness, early childhood services, and arts and culture.
