JWB Urges Passage of Resolution for Jewish Chaplains’ Memorial

JWB Jewish Chaplains Council, along with the Jewish War Veterans and the American Legion, are urging passage of the concurrent resolutions proposed by N.Y Representative Anthony Weiner and N.Y. Senator Charles Schumer to establish a memorial at Arlington National Cemetery for Jewish chaplains who have died on active duty. Working with JWV and the American Legion, JWB has raised the funds to establish such a memorial on Chaplains Hill, where memorials to ministers and priests already exist. A concurrent resolution of Congress is required for all new memorials at Arlington.
