One Movement. One Voice.

Take action and speak out against anti-semitism in North America.

Since the first of the year, more than 100 JCCs and other Jewish institutions have been the target of ongoing anti-Semitic harassment. Hate comes from all quarters. One arrest doesn't deny that anti-Semitism in various forms is on the rise. Turn your outrage into action. Take five minutes to follow the simple steps below to contact your local representative and tell them that we must do everything to put an end to this hate.

Learn why calling representatives is the most effective way of making your voice heard.

1. Call Your Local Representative.

U.S. Citizens: Find the phone number of your local representative.
Canadian Citizens: Find the phone number of your senator and parliament member.

2. Follow this suggested script for the call to your U.S. Representative.

Hi, my name is [NAME] and I'm a constituent from [CITY, ZIP].

I’m calling to urge the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Attorney General, and the Director of the FBI to take swift action to address the bomb threats that have been telephoned in to Jewish Community Centers (JCCs) across the nation and the rise of anti-Semitic incidents in the last two months. My JCC serves not just the Jewish community, but the entire community. Participants from all different backgrounds come to the JCC for activities, Jewish cultural and religious programming, and opportunities to come together as a community.

Thank you for your hard work answering the phones.

Why Calling Works

Calling members of Congress and Parliament is the most effective way to have your voice heard. Calls are tallied by staffers and the count is given to your representatives, informing them how strongly their constituents feel about a current issue. The sooner you reach out, the more likely it is that your voice will influence their position.
