Description: Being a Successful Supervisor doesn’t happen by chance. This workshop will introduce you to skills and techniques that can enhance your everyday work and help you be a more effective supervisor. You will learn to communicate using a number of styles, deal with challenging situations, and help set positive goals for the growth and development of your staff. Whether you are a new supervisor or a seasoned professional with many years of experience, you will be introduced to the latest information on workplace interactions and hear about results of surveys in the non-profit and for-profit field about employee satisfaction.

This seminar will help you become a more resilient and effective supervisor. Spend a day with us and enhance your skills. Part of the day will be spent as a whole group and part of the day will be done in breakout sessions based on experience. When you register you will be asked some questions that will help us form the learning groupings.
