Your JCC has a mission and vision that guide your work. JCC Association Benchmarking results show us that JCCs who engage all employees thrive and grow. But how do you get your part time, seasonal or other staff who are not “lifers”, on board? How do we communicate the important messages to these staff and help them feel part of the JCC?


Spend the day with your Bay Area colleagues and facilitator Joy Brand-Richardson, Director of Training at JCC Association. Learn tips and discuss techniques to gain buy in from all employees and help those employees spread the vision of the JCC to the community and the JCC participants.


This interactive workshop targets Middle Managers who supervise part time and seasonal staff.
