JCC Association of North America
We lead and connect the JCC Movement, advancing and enriching North American Jewish life.
The Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Center for Jewish Education (MCJE) is convening JCC Jewish educators for a two-day seminar of learning, program sharing, Jewish problem solving, and general support (and fun!). The meeting will take place June 7-9, 2016 at JCC Association offices in New York. The program will begin mid-day Tuesday, June 7 (approximately 12:30 pm EST) and will conclude Thursday, June 9 at 2:00 pm EST.
MCJE will cover the cost of two nights of lodging, meals, and travel for twenty educators. (Other incidentals are the responsibility of the individual JCC.) This support will be distributed to JCCs whose Jewish educators meet the following two criteria:
1. The Jewish educator is a full-time JCC employee.
2. At least 80% of the educators time is devoted specifically to Jewish education/learning.
