WEBINAR: Creating Gender Inclusive Summer Programming

Description: As we head into the summer months and prepare our summer programs, day camps, aquatics centers, and education spaces for another year of fun in the sun, now is a great time to take stock of how we can make sure that our programs are inclusive of transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary youth. In this webinar, we will look at gender identity development, ranging from early childhood education up to adolescence, define a common understanding around terms related to gender identity, and give participants concrete suggestions relating to their programming, policy, and culture of summer programs. There will also be time for participants to bring their voices into the space to ask questions. This webinar is designed for early childhood, day camp, aquatics, and any other youth facing professional.
