WEBINAR: Transgender Inclusion at JCC Locker Rooms

Target audience: sports and fitness professionals

Description: In this interactive webinar, sports and fitness professionals will be invited to bring their hopes and concerns about transgender inclusion at their facilities within JCC’s. Keshet will use the Jewish value of B’Tzelehm Elohim — In God’s Image — as a basis for inclusion, as well as sharing examples of gender diversity in Jewish tradition . Additionally, we will discuss terminology specific to the transgender community, and address the concerns and challenges faced by transgender individuals as expressed in their own words. We will end our conversation with concrete best practices and tools that sports and fitness professionals can use in order to make their facilities more inclusive for transgender community members.
