Professor Steven M. Cohen of the Berman Jewish Policy Archive at NYU Wagner reports on two recent studies he conducted of Jewish camps, both resident and day. The findings are clear: attending Jewish camp has an impact on campers and counselors, helping them make Jewish friends and participate in Jewish activities, such as pre-Shabbat programs.
