Stephen Seiden Nominated to Be Next Chair of JCC Association

Stephen Seiden of Livingston, New Jersey was nominated as the next chair of JCC Association at the  JCC Association board of directors meeting held in New York City on October 6 and 7.  Seiden is a two-time past chair of the JCC MetroWest Board of Trustees; and is the current JCC Association finance committee chair.

President of Herrod Construction, developer of industrial real estate throughout New Jersey, Seiden is a trustee of the Russell Berrie Foundation. A former member of the UJA Young Leadership Cabinet and a Wexner Heritage Scholar, he currently serves on the executive committee, the capital management committee, and the Unified Allocations Council of UJC MetroWest.

“Steve is a lifetime advocate for Jewish community centers in North America,” said Allan Finkelstein, president of JCC Association. “He has been involved in JCC Association in several other capacities, including chairing the community services and marketing committees.”

Seiden will be installed as chair at the JCCs of North America Biennial Convention in San Diego at the end of March 2014.
