Go4Life is an evidence-based exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging (NIA) at NIH, part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It is designed to help adults 50 and older fit exercise and physical activity into their daily lives. Go4Life aims to motivate older adults to become physically active for the first time, return to exercise after a break in their routine, or build more exercise and physical activity into their day. The campaign includes a science-based exercise guide in English and Spanish, exercise videos, and an interactive website which together offer specific exercises, motivational tips, success stories, and free print, online, and video materials to help older adults get ready, start exercising, and keep going.

Go4Life® can help JCCs educate, instruct, and motivate older adults to engage in regular exercise and physical activity through the use of free evidence-based materials tailored specifically seniors. JCCs have an opportunity to utilize Go4Life resources in ways that fit the unique needs and interests of their organizations and the older adults they serve.
