USA Ultimate is the national governing body for ultimate. Ultimate is a fun, fast-paced team sport played with a flying disc that relies on a spirit of sportsmanship. We strive to advance the sport of ultimate in the U.S. by enhancing and promoting Character, Community and Competition.
Our outreach initiatives include supporting youth clinics and leagues, running coaching workshops, connecting with teachers, offering equipment grants and growing girls’ ultimate through diverse programming.
