Alyssa Hartstein
Alyssa Hartstein is the assistant program director of Talent Strategy at JCC Association of North America. Previously, she worked at Jewish Community Relations Council of New York and UJA-Federation of New York, where she led and supported fellowship, coalition, and internship activities. Her professional expertise and passions lie at the intersections of leadership development, DEI, and relationship building. A graduate of University of Delaware, Hartstein earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational and community leadership with minors in business administration and Jewish studies. She grew up at JCC of Central New Jersey, where she toddled into preschool and took her first spin class and currently serves as a young leadership board member at Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan and UJA-Federation of New York. Hartstein is an avid foodie who enjoys traveling, fitness, and all things NYC.
