Jamie Simon

Jamie Simon is the senior advisor, Camp and Talent at JCC Association and concurrently the CEO of Tawonga Jewish Community Corporation, where she oversees talent and culture, DEI, and other key areas. As a result of her work, Camp Tawonga is a model for gender inclusion and diversity, equity, and justice. She previously was the chief operating officer and chief program officer at the camp and the prevention education director at United Against Sexual Assault. Simon serves on the Jewish Democratic Council of America’s NextGen Leadership board and is an alumna of the Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Executive Leadership Institute. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and women and gender studies from Sonoma State University. Simon, her husband, and their two children live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
