Rachel Felber

Rachel Felber is the RootOne program and grant manager at JCC Association of North America. She supports adherence to RootOne’s expectations, standards, and requirements around recruitment, operations, and education for Jewish Community Centers’ and Jewish Community Camps’ (JCCs) Israel trips. Felber previously held roles at the Mandel JCC of Cleveland and the Shalom Austin JCC and has more than 15 years’ director-level experience in day and overnight camping, after–school programming, and BBYO. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Clark University and a master’s degree from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, during which she participated in JCC Association’s Graduate Education Scholarship Program.
