Susan B. Glaser is an educational psychologist and an early childhood consultant. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University and received her Master of Arts in educational psychology from John Carroll University.

For 16 years, Susan was the director of early childhood services for the Jewish Community Center of Cleveland. As a national consultant for JCC Association, she traveled the United States and Canada assessing early childhood centers and providing teacher training and parent workshops.

She is qualified as a Step Up to Quality instructor in Ohio.

Susan co-authored two books with Arthur Lavin, M.D.: Who’s the Boss: Moving Families from Conflict to Collaboration and Baby and Toddler Sleep Solutions for Dummies.
