Overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the executive office and liaising with various individuals, organizations, and constituencies. Waye also works to build collaborative relationships with JCC Association staff, lay leaders, and JCC executives and to optimize the performance of the executive office and JCC Association’s office. She joined JCC Association of North America in October 2017.
Prior to leaving the professional world to raise two daughters, Waye developed technical, operational, and administrative tool sets as a computer consultant and trainer. Moving into the Jewish communal world, she was director of operations for Young Judaea, where she oversaw the national office, implemented systems to ensure efficiency in 13 regional offices, six summer camps, and Israel travel programs for teens and young adults.
Waye graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, and resides on the upper west side of Manhattan with her daughters.
