Sheva New Directors’ Learning Community

Each year we provide a two day seminar for new Early Childhood Directors and Assistant Directors who have been part of the JCC for approximately 2 years or less. As a follow up to the seminar we are pleased to offer monthly virtual learning sessions for this cohort. This community will come together to help each other through these early years working in the leadership world of early childhood.
