What are Program Partners?
We collaborate and form relationships with other groups and organizations so JCCs and JCC Association can benefit and receive value from a partner’s program, expertise, audience and brand recognition. Each partnering organization must align with JCC Association’s mission and core values, enhance programming or benefit the JCC and/or its community in some way. They must be reputable and responsible, deliver high-quality services and negotiate favorable fees (when applicable). Partnerships should be scalable when possible and leverage movement-wide participation as appropriate. The partner should benefit as well by aligning with JCCs and the JCC Movement. Generally, there is no fee to JCC Association to be a program partner, although each partnership is to be determined on its own merit. Primarily, each partner should:
- Share our core values:
- Community building
- Health and wellness
- Life-long learning and literacy
- Strengthening families
- Community service and good citizenship
- Use ethical business practices
- Offer programs to JCC Association-affiliated JCCs in the United States and Canada
- Ensure that the partnership and program maintain and enhance JCC Association’s and the JCC’s reputation
- Offer programs and initiatives that would create positive experiences for JCC members
- Offer programs and initiatives that reach targeted audiences
- Enhance current JCC programming or offer new program opportunities for JCCs to attract new members and current members
- Offer JCCs favorable pricing (where applicable)
