JCC Movement Stakeholder Partnership

Launched on July 1, 2025, the JCC Movement Stakeholder Partnership is a collaborative approach to advancing and enriching Jewish Community Centers, Jewish Community Camps (JCCs and JCC Camps), and JCC Association of North America. More than a legal contract or financial obligation, this brit, or sacred covenant, reflects a commitment among the partners to work together to create, nurture, and enhance vibrant Jewish life in communities across the continent.

These core values anchor the Stakeholder Partnership and are reflected throughout the JCC Movement and its network of affiliated agencies:

כבוד | Kavod | Respect
We honor the dignity, diversity, and distinct identity of each JCC community while recognizing the vital role every center plays in the collective strength of our movement. We foster a culture rooted in mutual respect, empathy, and belonging—locally and continentally.

כוונה | Kavanah | Intention
We engage JCC leaders with deep intentionality—through active listening, transparent interaction, thoughtful onboarding, and meaningful dialogue—to cultivate purposeful relationships that strengthen each JCC’s connection to the broader JCC Movement.

קהילה | Kehillah | Community
We build and nurture a vibrant JCC Movement network by building and augmenting relationships that highlight our shared sense of belonging, purpose, and peoplehood.

Among the benefits offered exclusively to Stakeholder Partners-affiliated JCCs and JCC Camps are programs, initiatives, and resources that enrich JCC professionals and lay leaders, advance Jewish peoplehood, and offer grants and cost-saving initiatives. A partial list includes:

  • Conferences and events
  • Communications
  • Cohort learning fellowships for professionals
  • Scholarships for JCC/JCC Camp staff
  • Field-wide data collection and analysis
