Edgar Díaz

Edgar Díaz is the development assistant at JCC Association of North America. He previously worked in congregational administration at two United Methodist churches in Manhattan and, most recently, a shul in Brooklyn. Originally from Illinois, he came to the east coast to attend Yale University, where he majored in religious studies. After a brief time in New York City’s gourmet food industry, Díaz began working in progressive religious communities that focus on social justice. He lives in Brooklyn with his partner and enjoys taking care of his collection of houseplants.
