Jennifer Mamlet is the organization’s executive vice president. Mamlet was promoted to this role in late 2022, leading day-to-day strategy and field-facing operations, as well as her executive functions as part of the organization’s senior leadership. Mamlet joined JCC Association of North America as chief development officer (CDO) in 2018 and was responsible for all aspects of the organization’s fundraising initiatives, including developing major donor relationships and implementing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. Her successful tenure has generated a more than 10-fold increase in philanthropic investment in the JCC Movement from the year before her arrival. Mamlet is a former executive director of the JCC of Central New Jersey in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, and previously was senior vice president of development at the Ad Council, a nonprofit organization. Earlier in her career, Mamlet was director of SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) at the New York section of the American Camp Association. She holds a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and Spanish from Bucknell University. She and her family are members of the JCC of Central New Jersey.
