Mamlet establishes, cultivates, and maintains relationships with major donors, as well as implements strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward individual and foundation donors.
Mamlet has more than 15 years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience and is currently expanding JCC Association’s approach to financial resource development and diversifying its opportunities with philanthropic organizations and individuals.
Prior to her work at JCC Association, which began in November 2018, Mamlet was executive director of the JCC of Central New Jersey in Scotch Plains, New Jersey and before that, senior vice president of development at the Ad Council, a nonprofit organization that creates communication campaigns for nonprofit organizations. During her tenure, she helped double the Ad Council’s annual revenue from $3.5 million to more than $7 million.
Earlier in her career, Mamlet was director of SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education), a nonprofit program that raises funds to send inner-city youth to summer camp and is part of the New York section of the American Camp Association. She also worked as a clinical social worker in New York City and as a high school Spanish teacher at the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey.
