Name of Program: For the Giburim U Program
Our special needs population has been experiencing a steady increase with greater demand for year-round programming for youth and adults. Giborim U (Giborim means heroes in Hebrew) is a year-round, daily (Sunday-Friday) program for children, teens and adults with special needs and includes courses in fitness, the arts, sports, recreation, life skills and health and wellness. Participants will enrich their lives socially and behaviorally while gaining independence and communication skills, as they forge genuine connections to each other and the community.
