JCC Association of North America is seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to join our executive leadership team.
The CAO will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact by providing vision and leadership across fundraising, marketing, and communications. Working in close partnership with JCC Association’s president and CEO and executive leaders, the CAO will lead a comprehensive advancement strategy that deepens philanthropic partnerships, strengthens brand and storytelling, and supports the evolving needs of the JCC Movement across North America.
This role is ideal for a seasoned advancement leader who brings strong strategic thinking, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep commitment to Jewish communal life.
