Deann Forman

Deann Forman is the executive director of the Center for Innovation and Impact at JCC Association of North America. Prior to joining JCC Association, she was the CEO and principal of Perspicuity Coaching and Leadership Services, where she provided executive coaching and leadership development to more than 500 senior leaders and teams across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Forman formerly served the JCC Movement as CEO of the Riverdale YM-YWHA in the Bronx, chief operating officer at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, New Jersey, and the first director of benchmarking at JCC Association. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University. She and her husband, Sid, are proud parents of three children.
