The JCC Movement
The JCC Movement comprises JCC Association of North America, more than 150 affiliated JCCs and JCC Camps, and JWB Jewish Chaplains Council®, which brings Jewish life to members of the U.S. military, their families, and veterans.
The JCC Movement Stakeholder Partnership and Its Values
To affiliate with the JCC Movement, JCCs and JCC Camps sign the JCC Movement Stakeholder Partnership agreement, including a financial investment at one of three affiliation levels.
The Stakeholder Partnership agreement has been crafted in the spirit of a b’rit: a sacred covenant in Jewish tradition. More than a legal contract, this b’rit reflects a profound, value-driven commitment between partners, grounded in shared purpose, mutual respect, and a collective responsibility to nurture and strengthen vibrant Jewish life, together.

We engage JCC leaders with deep intentionality—through active listening, transparent interaction, thoughtful onboarding, and meaningful dialogue—to cultivate purposeful relationships that strengthen each JCC’s connection to the broader JCC Movement.

We build and nurture a vibrant JCC Movement network by building and augmenting relationships that highlight our shared sense of belonging, purpose, and peoplehood.
