The Center for Talent Development supports JCC professionals and lay leaders at all levels through a coordinated, end-to-end leadership strategy that includes recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention, as well as ongoing coaching, cohort training, networking, advisory services, and peer-learning opportunities.
Through initiatives such as Kivunim, the JDirect Advisory Network, and field-wide training through JCC Association’s Mercaz | Center, this work ensures that every JCC and JCC Camp has access to the leadership development it needs to succeed—today and into the future.
