Annette McCann

Annette McCann is the chief of staff at JCC Association of North America, where she partners closely with the president and CEO and senior leadership to advance the organization’s strategic priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support the work of the board of directors and leaders across the JCC Movement. She joined JCC Association in 2019, and most recently served as senior vice president of development, where she led the organization’s philanthropic strategy and helped expand partnerships and investment in key programs and initiatives across the field. Before joining JCC Association, McCann was an accomplished marketing professional, developing cross-platform campaigns and building innovative partnerships within the media and entertainment industry. A graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, she holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a certificate in fundraising from the NYU School of Professional Studies. In her free time, she enjoys running and is a proud mom of three.
