Ariella Monson

JCC Maccabi®

Ariella Monson is the JCC Maccabi® program director at JCC Association of North America. In this role, she works with and prepares JCC staff members and lay leaders to host one of the largest in-person Jewish communal gatherings in North America.

Monson began her career at the Merage JCC of Orange County, where she was a JCC Association scholarship recipient. In 2014, she was the director of the JCC Maccabi Games in Detroit, continuing as a lay leader on the steering committee in 2019 and 2024. She served on the continental planning committee for the 2020 JCC Maccabi Campus Games and played a key role at the 2023 JCC Maccabi Games in Israel. Most recently, she was the director of development and operations at the JCC of Greater Ann Arbor.

When not involved with JCC Maccabi, Monson can be found testing recipes in her kitchen or enjoying time in northern Michigan with her family.
