16-Month Training Program Helps Advance Jewish Life in North America
NEW YORK — JCC Association of North America is pleased to announce that seven JCC professionals have been selected to participate in Cohort III of the Mandel Executive Leadership Program. The 16-month program offers leaders in Jewish nonprofit organizations opportunities to learn, network, and strategize with seasoned Jewish communal professionals and Cohort colleagues, as well as implement a vision in their own organizations that will enrich each entity and advance Jewish life.
Cohort III will convene with a virtual kick-off in early 2021 that will be followed by three seminars in Boston, a study tour in Israel, small group work, individual mentoring, and workshops to enrich fellows’ nonprofit management skills. Additional opportunities to learn as part of a strong alumni network are available to graduates of the Mandel Executive Leadership Program.
